My skill set
I'm a well-rounded graphical user interface designer who specializes in shrink-wrapped and rich internet applications. I combine a vision for user-centered design with the analytical thinking of an information architect and the aesthetic of a visual designer.

My approach
I approach every client's problem with an open mind. Because most companies have fixed milestones, budgets, resources, and marketing/sales efforts, I'm flexible in my methods. I work with my clients to custom-fit an approach which will achieve positive results without a dogmatic and rigid process.

I believe that less is more when it comes to designing rapidly. I value simplicity and elegance and I strive to design products that do not rely on documentation or help systems as a crutch. Usable interface designs should flatten the learning curve by being intuitive and goal-driven, not feature-driven.

I am capable of being a one-man team, working within an existing team, or even managing/mentoring a team, however I'm at my best when I am able to collaborate onsite with key product stakeholders and developers.

My motivation
I am driven in the pursuit of excellence and by the opportunity for personal growth. I am passionate about what I do and I expect it to be apparent in my work. I'm happiest when designing and working with interesting people.
